I once had this shoot that needed so much strawberries that after it, I had to freeze them because I knew they would rot before we would consume all of it. Freezing strawberries is relatively easy. What I did was wash them, dried them, and put them in a freezer ziploc bag and tossed it in the freezer. I would usually get 2-3 to eat with some cream until it got pretty tiring and I wanted a different flavor.
There was this one night that I craved for a banana shake, so I was about to mix all the ingredients together in a blender until I realized, why not take this a step further with some strawberries? This is a nice and healthy way to get some fruits in your diet.
I don’t really add much ice to drinks unless I want to extend them or if it’s a really hot day.
1 whole banana
10 – 12 cps of frozen strawberry
3/4 cup milk
1-2 tbsp sugar (to taste!)
1/2 ice (optional)
1. Blend everything together in your blender until smooth.
2. Serve and enjoy immediately.
Serves one, if you don’t add the ice (it’s really thick too!)
