I did a small job for Sango a couple of months back, it was a tempura hotdog, Sango’s new product.
What is interesting about this is that the hotdog had to be cooked like a tempura and topped with all the tempura sauce goodies — radish, ginger, the sauce and a bit of katsuboshi. I didn’t really have to do much styling, I basically followed the recipe and just added a little pattern to the top to make it more appealing.
