Mye and I decided to do something with peaches…I love peaches! I torched the peaches lightly and boiled some star anise, cinnamon bark and nutmeg into the syrup. This made it very fragrant and gave the peach syrup a spicy punch.
Though the thing was canned, the special treatment to the syrup made it extra special. The little mint leaves were a lovely garnish.
