Oh Jam donut, why are you so unforgettable? For those of you who haven’t got a clue on what a Jam Donut cocktail it…you should order it, before asking what’s in it.

After I tasted this in Marble Bar in the Sydney Hilton Hotel, I was hoping to find a bottle of Chambord here in Manila. Chambord is actually a black raspberry liqueur, vanilla, cognac plus other things into this wonderful mix. All I remember was I felt like a vampire drinking fresh blood (that tasted SUPER good) after 1000 years of being hungry. It was creamy, sweet, thick and just downright heavenly. I found some recipes online for this lovely cocktail, but I have to look for Chambord first…and the first place I will look in is our bar here in the resto hehe.
