Serenitea

In as much as I would like to give a fantastic review of their fantastic teas, I’ve been here 4 times and only tasted their pearls once (this seems to happen mostly on weekends around 4-6pm). It’s kind of sad that they can’t anticipate the flow of their customers properly on weekends. I’ve been forced to order black bricks and what not simply because their pearls will take another 40 minutes. It’s sad, I love their teas, but I also like my pearls but waiting another 40 minutes just loses the whole build up cravings. I seem to have lots of bad luck in this place as I asked one of my friends who also buy from there and they haven’t had that happen to them…but they also don’t go around that time.

I wish I could get addicted to this place but I don’t think it’s fair to have to wait around that long or order something you don’t like because they ran out of their best seller. So when pearls are out, I’ve got egg pudding and black bricks along with my Okinawa tea. Kudos to the owners…I just really really hope you won’t run out of pearls during peak hours anymore. It’s very frustrating and disappointing for those who can’t wait for another 40 minutes 🙁 Or maybe I should just stop craving Serenitea during peak weekends.
