Supreme Brazo Bars Cafe Grand Opening

I was invited to join my client Ces Lopez’s Supreme Brazo Bars Cafe Opening last August 18 Sunday. So Mig and I went on a long drive to Alabang Town Center to join in the festivities.

As expected, Ces put up a simple and yet elegant program, with a delicious home made spread and little thank you boxes for all who came. It was my first time to see a print of what we’ve accomplished that day and I could really say, man, was I proud to be the food stylist for her project. She had a small elegant 3-man band she hired to play some smooth bossa nova beats to entertain her guests. There was a short prayer and blessing and then we were all invited to partake in the homemade food she brought out. It kind of made me forget I was actually in a food court with all the happenings.

I brought home a box of her brazo bars to share with my family for dinner and they absolutely loved it. They like that it’s not so sweet but it’s packed with the flavor and goodness of the meringue and custard. Hope this day marks the beginning of a great business venture for them. 🙂
