Heheh I feel like August is a pretty busy month for me. I have another work published. This time it’s the grilled sandwiches of Kenny Rogers. Well,that was a fun day, I think I had to go over 50 buns to look for 12 nice ones, despite it getting grilled on the panini press. 😉
Sandwich tips:
1: watch those layers.
2: have a good bread knife, i use a pro-S solingen.
3: revive cheese often, they die pretty quickly under the lights.
4: keep veggies fresh, lettuces can be placed in iced water in the chiller after sorting.
