Build and build and build…I think this is definitely one of my favorite things to style: sandwiches. After doing a demo to the class, it was their turn to follow and most of them, given the ingredients, were pretty creative in making the sandwich and most of them spent sometime painstakingly making the hams wavy even if i said that they didn’t have to!

It’s been a fun class, I can’t believe that this weekend will be our last weekend together as a class…and it’s an all-girls class (aw shucks it would’ve been fun if there was a guy we can bully heheh joke). I’m pretty excited for individual and group food styling days, all of them have come up with very different ideas, with an entire range of wonderful recipes and ideas.
